I recently just whitened my teeth with crest and they are like, amazingly white! :D So what stains teeth? Okay so I know for a fact that soda does so from now on I will refrain from drinking any. Also I love chocolate pudding, Minute fruit punches, & Sweet tea! Will any of these three stain my teeth? I eat and drink these constantly.

they say if you drink your drinks through a straw it can help protect your teeth from being stained, so that you don't have to give up soda coffee, cigarettes, certain antibiotics, beer, red wine, cherries, soy sauce or cranberries. TEA, JUICES fruit punch, kool aid, but really it all depends on the strength of your enamel. If you brush daily&floss, you should be able to resist major stains. Dorry worry too much over it.
