im getting my braces off in 2 days and i really need to whiten my teeth. but i heard that if u use teeth whitening strips after you get your braces off you will hurt your teeth and make them bad again or something? idk if thats true but i reallly want my teeth to be really white. i know crest works, but what kind? and like, how long does it take for you to notice your teeth are getting really white!?

It won't hurt your teeth. Buy the more expensive brand. The solution will do more and is stronger. You will notice in a few days your teeth getting whiter.
