I've been reading around for teeth whitening methods, and I found that many sites suggested that brushing the teeth with baking soda was a quick and cheap method to get rid of yellow teeth. Does baking soda actually whiten the teeth? and is it in any way bad for you?

a great way is 3 tsp. of hydrogen peroxide mixed with 2 tsp. of baking soda it will make a paste that you brush your teeth with. if you do it a couple times you will notice a big difference.
