What is better for whitening and cleaning your teeth- hydrogen peroxide or baking soda?

I heard both are good? Which is better and exactly how is it used?
--------------------
Hydrogen Peroxide ( the in-clinic formulation of 37%) Why? because not one single dentist will use baking soda as whitening agent in thir cases. Because the main action of baking soda is to absorb odor, and polish the teeth. Trust me, I may be a new dentist but no single book in dentistry have cited baking soda as tooth whitening agent(bleahing agent) If you have more questions, please, feel free to ask more
