Do whitening strips for your teeth really work?

And will they damage your teeth?

I use Targets brand of whitening strips. they seem to work fine, but then again i brush my teeth regularly with crest whitening toothpaste also. Id say if you want to try them then find a generic brand, or find coupons on the internet of popular brand whitening strips to try for yourself.
