Teeth Whitening for thirteen?

I was wondering If you can get a teeth whitening procedure for thirteen year olds. Do you think thirteen is to young??

not THAT young... but young enough that some mothers wouldnt allow it. if your mom is one of them, you can whiten your teeth by using a paste of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. it bleaches them a bit after like 5 minutes. im 16 and i do it about twice a month because its cheaper than strips and works almost as well!
