Does milk really help with whitening your teeth?

I heard that drinking milk can help your teeth to be whiter. Is this true??
--------------------
Milk has calcium which is good for your teeth and bones, but you would have to drink an awful lot to have any real effect. There is simply not enough calcium to do the job. It is a combination of things that gives us our daily value of calcium. It makes our teeth stronger, but not whiter. The dentin in our teeth is what makes them white and once that fades you don't get it back. Teeth whiteners 'bleach' your teeth by removing stains.
