which is the best,proven,effective teeth whitening tools?

Here is some of the list: Teeth Whitening Pen 35 % Carbamide Peroxide Gel,Whitelight,Whitening Tooth Polish or Tooth Teeth Bleaching Whitening Powder i try teeth whitening pen but seems no effect..havent try others stated above..pls share me ur view..i need to purchase any of them soon

My mom taught me this 30 years ago. I get tons of compliments on how white my teeth are. It is cheap to, but tastes NASTY. Dip a tooth brush in hydrogen peroxide and then dip the wet brush in baking soda. Brush away. Wet as necessary with hydrogen peroxide. Let the stuff sit in your mouth while you do the other teeth in the back. If there is some really bad staining you can add some salt to the baking powder mix. When I had braces I had brackets glued to my teeth. Of course I drink tea and red wine which stained the glue. 10 minutes of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda turned it totally white. The mixture is drying on the lips, so use lip balm. It can also irritate the gums too but all of the mixtures do. Within a couple hours my mouth felt back to normal. I have never had tooth sensitivity from this mixture.
