I've heard that it is, and I've also heard that it isn't. I don't know what to believe. I have braces right now, so after I take them off, I wanted to get a teeth whitening. How does the process work? Or should I just go for those teeth whitening strips thingies...? Thanks in advance!

I totally asked the exact same question the answers i got is that it might make my teeth sensitive to hot and cold stuff...sweet and sour stuff... I want a teeth whitening strip how do you use it?
