Does anybody know what fruits and veggietables whiten teeth?

Never ever heard of veggies or fruits that whiten teeth. My step-son is a dental hygienist.... only chemicals can whiten teeth. Baking soda is ok, but not effective in getting a good level of whiteness. Crest White Strips are very good... I've used those many times. Also, Hollywood Smile, Sexy Smile... they are equally good too.
