my teeth are a yellowy colour and i really dont like it i do use whitenin toothpaste and its workin, but VERY slowly i dont have much money-im only young;/ does anyone know any diy solutions to teeth whitening? that i can make at home or anything, thats cheap?:) thankyouuuuuuuuu xxxx

my dentist told me brushing your teeth with bicarbonate soda will make your teeth whiter, but it will also strip your teeth from your enamel which will leave your teeth super sensitive, so its not really a good idea :/ i would suggest using arm and hammer whitening toothpaste which contains bicarbonate soda but its safe for your teeth, i bought this 2 days ago and i have already noticed it working its amazing! end result is to make your teeth 3 shades whiter i would defiantly recommend this because its also very cheap, its around £2 =] http://www.google.co.uk/products?hl=en&q…
