Okay, I want/need my teeth whitened. For that past 2 days i've been rinsing my mouth out with peroxide. DON'T say get white strips/go to dentist.nothing like that. What is some more home uses that will work? and how long should I do the peroxide. and i don't have baking soda, it expired in 98. LOL Also, don't say buy anything at alll. cause I can't.

Brush and floss your teeth thoroughly twice a day and rinse your mouth with water after finishing the normal brushing routine.
