homemade teeth whitening?

dont say hydrogen peroxide...it destroys teeth! i want really white teeth, there somewhat white i guess my mom wont pay over 100 for my teeth cause i got my braces off recently i want homemade ive used the tooth pastes and whitening mouthwash NOTHING SPECIAL please and thank you

brushing with baking soda is said to whiten teeth. just brush with it then brush your teeth as you normally would (with fluoride toothpaste). only do this once a wk. if you want to cut down on the steps they actually sell toothpaste that has baking soda in it. as for hydrogen peroxide...if you only do it once a month it should be fine, but i don't blame you if you don't want to risk damaging your teeth. if i were you, i would just save money (from birthday, holidays, babysitting, mowing the lawn, raking, shoveling snow, etc.) and buy crest whitestrips or something similar. hope this helps! :]
