Teeth Whitening?

What is the fastest, safest, and free way to whiten your teeth?

The expensive part of the whitening is the trays that the dentist makes for you. You can make your own. I lost mine (don't ask how such a thing happens, but it did) and made my own. I was inspired by my 9 year old who was playing football on the local little league team. You can buy the mouth guards that little league football players use. You can buy them at walmart for a few dollars. Get two, one for top and one for bottom. If you submerge them in boiling water for a few seconds and then put one in and bite down it will leave an exact impression of your teeth. Do this for top and bottom and them trim away some of the excess so that they fit comfortably in your mouth. They only cost about 2 bucks each. Then call local dentists and ask if they sell Zoom gel or other brands of the whitening gels. Most do and they range from $20-$50, depending on the strength of the gel. They will make your teeth gleaming white in about a week. I alternate top one day, bottom next for about a week for about 3 hours at a time. Once your teeth are nice and white, they'll stay that way for a while, depending on how much tea, coffee, soda, etc you drink. Use the gel and trays for touchup when you need it.
