Teeth Whitening?

ok just got my teeth whitening kit from the dentist and he told me to wear my upper gum shield for 2 nights and then wear the bottom shield for 2 nights (repeating this proceeder for 2 weeks). both gum shields feel more comforable if i had them in together though, so i'm thinking about just wearing them both for 2 nights and having a rest from it totally for 2 days and carrying it on. as anyone done this procedure? did you sleep with both of them in at once?, thanks

I wore mine both at the same time. But leaving them in for more then 2 days in a row caused pain. So the 2 night rest is a good idea.
