I've just had braces removed and i've noticed that my teeth are quite a yellowish shade. I'm becoming really self conscious about this and would like my teeth whitened professionally but the prices are far too high for my budget. I've heard about using bicarbonate of soda and hydrogen peroxide but i've also heard a lot of warnings about this and i doubt i'd manage to get hold of any hydrogen peroxide anyway. Does anyone have any good tips of how to make teeth appear whiter? Thanks :)

honestly the best and healthiest way to whiten your teeth will always be to have the done professionally. The crest whitestips and others brands do work but they can make your teeth VERY sensitive to cold and sweet. Try them out, see how it effects you. But if it bothers you too much, and it is that important to you, I think you should save up and have it done professionally.
