How can i whiten my teeth?

Right, so is there any kind of cheap teeh whitening products in the UK or any stuff at home to whiten your teeth?

once a week.. wet your tooth brush i tiny bit then dab it onto baking soda. and squirt lemon juice onto it so it fizzes then brush your teeth with that normally. you should see a differeence
