teeth whitening and flossing?

do any of those whitening things really worK???? also does flossing ever do any good i cant tell a difference in the flossing

-- Whitening - the Crest White Strips - they work great ! My brother used them, and he use to smoke alot, and his teeth were really stained. But he started using them and you could tell the difference in a week. They're like 20$ for a box. Also, most dentists and orthodontists offer whitening/bleaching, usually around 60$. -- Flossing - flossing is just to get out trapped plaque you don't get when you brush. You can't really tell the difference, but when you floss you are actually removing that plaque. If you don't floss, the plaque will build up and cause stains and damage to your teeth over time.
