i dont want to get my teeth professionaly done or have to go out and buy whitestripes. i heard that backing soda and hydrogen perioxide is good at whitening teeth. is this true and if so how do i do it?

get a q-tip (a little wet, not soaking only wet to pick up baking soda) and put it in the baking soda. Rub baking soda on desired teeth or tooth. Keep smiling for thirty minutes (just to like keep your teeth to dry and on the outside DO NOT CLOSE MOUTH OR LET TEETH GET ON INSIDE OF MOUTH!) hope I helped! (:
