My teeth are kind of stained. They're not dirty dirty, but like I said they're kind of stained, probably due to me drinking alot of dark drinks, such as soda and tea. I see the commercials for toothpastes that whiten, but what toothpaste actually does whiten your teeth?

I recommend Crest Vivid White. It has a 2 part deal - one removes stains when you brush and the other part of it resists stains by putting a protective barrier on your teeth (you can't feel it). I've used this one for a while now and am very happy with it. Also, try drinking your soda and tea through a straw. It helps the liquid not hit the front of your teeth. Drink anything colored through a straw if you can. It does help!
