Well ive had braces since 4th grade and now im going to 8th grade and need good working tooth paste or method that fights bad breath and whitens teeth. Does anyone know any good toothpastes or methods that actually last all day?

salt...not so much...it just kills germs and helps in eliminating gum disease and bad breath... baking soda does help to a certain degree but overuse will result in loss of enamle and hypersensitivity of teeth.
