This website is a scam. It pretends that it is giving you a tip, but really they are just trying to make money off of you (they own the websites that they link to). They also own http://ws6news.com. There are multiple signs that they are a scam which include: * They advertise their blog, they could only afford to do that if they were making money off of you. * It is essentially a single page website, who makes a website that is only one page? * The forum is fake (more below). If you look at the source code of the forum, you will see:

The action="#" means that the only action is done through javascript. The "alert('Thanks for your comment! Because of spam, I manually review each comment!');" just brings up the message box with that text. Lastly, "this.reset();" clears the form. The page is just resetting the form without doing anything with it! No one will ever read your comment. Also, looking at the website now, it says: Note: Offer Expires Sunday, September 27, 2009 Which at the time of this post is tomorrow. I bet this date is a rolling expiration date (go there now and see if it says that it has expired).
