So i was told to brush with baking soda and peroxide to get whiter teeth fast&then to swoosh around a little peroxide in your mouth but not to swallow. I did that and my gums hurt and are all white! will it go away eventually and should i keep using this method??

well i have never tried that before but if it is hurting ur gums i think it might look good on the outside but it might be hurting ur gums and teeth, and u probably dont even know it, Well thats what i think, i hope someone that has tried it tells u what to do, since i havent
