I just wanted to make my teeth look a bit brighter on one of my school pictures, just to see how I would look?

Use the this. If it's like Photoshop, use the blur tool on each of your teach (not all at once). Then use the dodge tool to 'brighten' them. Around the edges of each tooth, use the burn tool to darken the edges. The contrast of the edges and the teeth work well. OR Make a white box on top of each tool, then Smudge it around the tooth. Then blur it, then Burn the edges again.
