So I just started trying to whiten my teeth today. I first floss, then I brush my teeth with a paste made from water and baking soda. I then also brush my teeth with peroxide, then with regular crest white tooth paste. Then I rinse my mouth out with scope. I'm just wondering how long its going to take my teeth to whiten if I do this daily.Thanks in advance.

baking soda is not going to whiten your teeth. I mean if there smudge on your teeth that will come off but baking soda wont do it. the reason it does not work is once the stains are inside the pore, they are wedge in and baking soda cant do much. professional whitening works a little different it opens up the pore so that the bleach can travel in "burn" the stain out. professional kits depending come in 1 hour whitening, 3 day whitening and two week whitening.
