I have been using every brand of teeth whitener the stores have for years..it helps my teeth stay there whitest but I want to know if anyone has any tricks that I can do at home with out buying products..I care about my teeth because the has been tooth loss in my family and so far mine are o.k..my teeth show quite a bit when I smile so I like for them to look there best

my father's a dentist, and to be quite honest the only answer is to brush and floss regularly. if you really want your teeth to look their whitest, go to your local drug store and find the teeth whitening sugar free gum. by using all of those products, you may be getting a whiter shine fo your teeth but you're also damaging them. the chemicals used in those tooth whiteners also weaken your teeth, perhaps causing you to lose your teeth sooner than others. the best thing to do is buy the gum, brush your teeth twice a day, floss whenever you can (dont go too hard on the gums!) and in a few days (3-7) your teeth will be at its best state.
