My grandmother showed me this procedure 20 years ago. After mixing the paste im very careful and only spread on my teeth. I let stand for about 5 minutes then rinse mouth out several times. Like i said! im very careful! U can burn your gums if not careful. anyway, is this something i should stop doing? My teeth are very white and gums seem ok to.Been doing this about every 6 months for last 20 years.

STOP!!!!!!! You will literally kill your teeth. You can keep using the baking soda it is perfectly safe but the bleach is just crazy. One its a toxin and two you will end killing your teeth please stop using the bleach.
