How can I whiten my teeth without buying expensive things to whiten my teeth or go to the dentist? What are some inexpensive ways I can do so without destroying my teeth? I brush my teeth for 3-5 minutes everyday and it still is kinda yellow-ish. I want to get them white as possible if I can without destroying my enamel.

You can try baking soda for about twice a day for a week to see results, but the best way to do it is to brush twice daily and if you are not allergic to strips then use those, they really help a lot. You can get them at wal mart from $5 to $35 depending on how many and what brand you buy. The strips are the best btw.
