What's a fast-ish (like, less than a few months) and fairly inexpensive way to whiten your teeth without using commercial teeth-whitening products (like those Crest White Strips and stuff like that)? I'd rather keep the enamel I have.

Dont put straight peroxide on your teeth, it unstable in its bottled form and damages your enamel. I havnt tried it, but some people swear by brushing their teeth with baking soda.
