first of all: does it probably work? and should i use it in the morning or will that be uneffective?

yess it is very effective i used it three years ago and mt teeth are still white. in two week your teeth will be white and shinny. As long as you keep on brushing your teeth so they could stay white. It doesn't matter at what time you do it, but it works trust me.
