ok. i am 12 and my mom wont let me use crest white strips. thats cuz it wrecks the enamle or somthing. anyway, she told me to use baking soda on my toothpaste. i was just wondering how long it takes to work... also if you have any other tips, that would be great... thanx :)

Same! except im not 12 haha Mix baking soda with hydrogen peroxide til it looks like toothpaste and then brush your teeth with it. Make sure you rinse you mouth out afterwards though and then brush you teeth. Do this twice a week. Also, eat lots of strawberries because they have enzymes that whiten you teeth believe it or not! If you dont understand the HP & baking soda thing, use Crest Pro Health toothpaste. It has whiting agents and it works just as well.
