What is the best way to whiten teeth and keep them whitened?

I used to love playing with my teeth and cleaning them.

I found that the best & cheapest teeth whitener is hydrogen peroxide. Pour equal parts water & hydrogen peroxide into a little cup & swish for 30 seconds (Don't swallow it, you'll get sick!). Do this for a few days & your teeth will be whiter.
