hi, im getting my braces off very soon and ive had them for 5 years so they will be pretty dull. i want to have a really pretty smile that is very white. im not sure what the best way is to whiten teeth though. would it be better to get them bleached at the dentist or to use crest white strips? ive heard that bleaching and white strips can harm teeth though,is this true? thanks. (:
