whats a good way to whiten your teeth at home for a very cheap price or even free and works extremely fast?

so im currently using a whitening mouth wash.. and ive been using a whitening toothpaste for a long time and yet it hasnt been doing the trick. so could you guys maybe give me some tips? thanks

I've been a dental assistant for 3yrs now. We promote the Crest White Strips for people wanting a cheaper way for whitening their teeth. I tried them myself so I could tell our patients about them. I really liked them and could tell after about a week a difference. You may need to do more than one box of the 14 day kit, depending on how stained your teeth are. After you use them, you may have to do a kit every 6mos or so just for a touch up since we are always staining our teeth with food and drinks. The reason the whitening toothpaste and mouth wash doesn't work is bc it doesn't sit on your teeth for a period of time. You need something that will stay on your teeth with bleach for a little while to get the bleach to set in.
