What's the cheapest way to whiten your teeth at home? I've heard of using baking soda but some say it isn't safe is that true and is there something that's not in a form of a paste, strip or a trip to the dentist that will help me whiten my teeth? Thanks for Your Help!

crest whitestrips!!! but sometimes those can even be a bit pricey so either get the store brand of them or... brush your teeth at least 3 times and floss daily and use hydrogen peroxide mixed halfway with water as a oral mouthwash. there is no sugar in it and its safe and effective. just buy a bottle from the dollarstore and its about a dollar. The directions are on the back. hope this helps and good luck! =)) oh, p.s. here is what the back of my bottle of hydrogen peroxide says: oral debriding agent: -mix with an equal amount of water. -swish around in the mouth over the affected area for at least 1 miniute and then spit out. -use up to 4 times daily after meals and at bedtime or as directed by a dentist or doctor. oh...ellie secretly loves…was talking about baking soda.... well shes right too. it really does work.!!
