whitening teeth?

i want to whitin my teeth but i don't want to spend money i just want to use what i have a t home. and i want it to be safe for my teeth.

Sorry Katie, but there is not really a safe way to use something at home to whiten your teeth. Keep in mind that you don't get to easily replace them if something goes wrong. Many people have caused sever damage to their gums and mouth by trying to use bleaching agents on their teeth. Bleach kills organic matter. Baking soda, is coarse and will essentially remove some surface stain, but frequent use can wear down your teeth. Talk to your dentist about ways to safely whiten your teeth. An initial investment can keep you happy for year to come- also keep in mind that the smiles you see on TV are not real, so hoping to achieve that with bleaching is not realistic.
