No quick tricks. Crest white strips are your best option for in home whitening. Using whitening toothpaste while using crest strips will help the absorption of the carbmide peroxide. Swishing with h202 will not help with whitening your teeth. The fastest way would be 1 hour whitening at your Dentist's office. The most expensive option but the fastest. Trays with 35% carbamide peroxide fabricated at the dental office is probably the 2nd best option. Crest white strips is the 3rd best option. There are no tricks that actually work compared to dentist prescribed carbamide peroxide. good luck
