i use whitening toothpaste in combination with other whitening products, and well ive been using them for a while now and they prove to be effective but after a short time my teeth start to become light yellow again probaly because of the caffeine intake, and i continue to depend on them to whiten my teeth and well im just worried whether they can harm my natural teeth and lead to a serious problem, does anyone have an idea?

It does not sound like you are using too much. Why not ask your dental hygienist on your next visit.
