does anyone have any recomendations? I dont want anything painful but I need something that is resonably priced that will last long. also when you recomend something, how often do I need to use it? thanks

go to the dentist and get a bleaching kit from them. the stuff thats sold over the counter strips your teeth!!! very bad for them in.
