I want to whiten my teeth, but what's best, tooth paste, strips, gels or whitening trays?

My teeth have become stained from drinking excess amounts of coffee. Thanks to this, I'd like to whiten them. Can anyone suggest what would be the best product for fast, safe whitening? Thank you :D
