Are there any good effective inexpensive home teeth whiteningkits out there, when I say out there I really mean places like TESCO, ASDA or Sainsburys. I need it to be safe and generally make my teeth whiter and get rid of the odd stain as best as possible. Thank you

i use Arm & Hammer "Extra Whitening - anti cavity fluoride toothpaste" ^ that's like exactly what it says on the tube. it works pretty quickly too if you follow the instructions :)
