whitening teeth?

what's the best thing I can get at the store to whiten my teeth?
--------------------
If you really want the best, go see your dentist. I would recommend Discus Dental products, because they are the industry leader and have the safest and most advanced products. Everything in the store is just an over the counter knockoff of them anyway. You'll pay more at your dentist, but you'll be getting the best, and your teeth deserve it. DON'T HAVE YOUR MOUTH OPEN ON A TANNING BED! That is the worst advice, because the inside of your mouth should never come in contact with UV rays as it isn't exposed to the sun during normal everyday living. In office chairside bleaching uses a rubber dam and extra thick gauze so the light only hits your teeth and the bleach. Plus, don't confuse in office bleaching (extremely expensive) with take home bleach (less expensive and extremely safe). I have seen people who went to the dentist and the gauze/dam weren't put on correctly and they were burned with purple gums :( DON'T RINSE WITH HYDROGEN PEROXIDE - Over time you will experience gum sensitivity and tooth sensitivity, hydrogen should ONLY touch the teeth that is why you get custom trays from the dentist. If you expose your teeth to hydrogen peroxide you are asking for tooth pain/gum pain.
