I was wondering whether I could whiten my teeth using my facial hair bleach creme called Jolen? If not, does anyone have any tips on how to whiten my teeth please?

Baking soda and peroxide work great. The otc whitening strips aren't worth what you pay for them, but a lot of cosmetic dentists have a special gel and light they put on your teeth, it will whiten them 7-10 shades. A lot of whitening products cause sensitivity in your teeth so be careful. Aftercare is important too, no smoking, and if you drink anything but clear liquids, use a straw, that way it doesn't have to wash over your pearly whites and stain them. DO NOT USE HAIR BLEACH ON THEM!!! If you read the label I would bet it will say not for internal use. It will poison you!
