How do you whiten your teeth with baking soda?

whats the best way to do it? do i need anything else to do it? do i use hydrogen peroxide also? Please help

I usually make a paste out of baking soda and peroxide. it's not much of a paste, per say, but it goes on the toothbrush a bit better, in my opinion.
