whats the best home whitening kit? Ive heard about crest whitening strips somewhere, are they available in uk? open to suggestions on what is best? In dire need of help lol

You can go to the dentist, or there is a lot of options at the store. I have used the gel that you put in the trays before and it worked well, just don't uses them to often or you teeth can turn a bluish color. I have also been using a pre-brush whiting mouthwash from crest that works amazingly(i really recommend that.) PS:In the UK i don't think they put fluoride the the drinking water so its especially important to uses a mouthwash that contains fluoride. Good Luck
