I just got my braces off, and there are little spots on them, and I wonder, what are some good things to get rid of it?? (mouthwash, strawberries, hydrogen peroxide, etc etc)

Just make sure you brush them really good everyday and after meals and you're teeth will look fine after you get them off Some orthodontists will also prescribe or recommend a fluoride mouthwash, which can get into places in your mouth that a toothbrush can't. But you must brush your teeth with braces if you dont want permanent damage
