i have had this white spot on my tooth since i was very little ..as long as i can remember, i recently just got my braces off and the spot looks worse. it is very bright white color and i was wondering if i use whitening strips ,will it make the spot worse or would it help it all blend in ? it horrible getting braces off and not wanting to smile because of it :(. please help

Yes those white decalcification spots will just get WHITER and it still won't match up with the rest of your teeth. It is a bad idea to whiten your teeth if you have white spots. This is why you should have brushed and flossed regularly with braces on. Now you suffer the consequences of having decalcification spots. Sorry but it's the harsh reality of not taking care of your teeth.
