Baking soda and peroxide i kno but am i to young? or will it not be a good thing if i eat like burger king n stuff? just checking.

Go to the dentist and he can provide multiple whitening techniques or otherwise you can brush your teeth often as well as use something alike crest whitening strips. Crest whitening strips have some of the same ingrediants of the stuff dentists offer.
