I have had Braces for just over 3 years and had jaw surgery 6 months ago where i couldnt brush my teeth for 2 weeks ew gross i know. My teeth have become quite weak as a result and Very yellow, although i brush my teeth atleaat 5 times a day it makes no difference! Its not like their dirty there just very yellow. It really gets me down and affects my confidence as theres notihng i can do about it until the braces are off. Is their anything i do jsut for now while the braces are on? Ive tried so many different whitining toothpastes they don't do anything.
