Have you looked into the Crest Whitestrips? I tried the free sample of Crest Whitestrips and I can tell you I noticed a difference after 3 or 4 days, but my family noticed a difference within 2 days. I didn't think my teeth were that yellow to begin with :P I have heard of people having sensitive teeth after but I did have that problem. I'd recommend trying them out first in case you are one of those unlucky people who has a sensitivity problem.
